Things you need to know

1. For customers switching their full fixed service from another carrier to Telstra on an eligible plan and staying connected for 12 months. $149 cost of the handset is repayable if you disconnect your service, transfer your service (in whole or part) to another service provider, preselect another service provider, move to an ineligible plan within 12 months of connection to, or joining, an eligible plan, or assign your service to another person. Offer ends 31 October 2008 or while stocks last. Offer unavailable with any other one-off or non-standard Telstra or BigPond® offers, including the BigPond Big Broadband offer (campaign code 3288).

2. Your service must be text compatible to send and receive fixed messages. To find out if you are using a text compatible service: residential customers please call 13 2200, and business customers please call 13 2000. Fixed messaging not available in all areas.

3. Unused calls forfeited each month. To qualify for Reward Options, you need to have an eligible home phone service: HomeLine Plus, HomeLine Advance, HomeLine Reach, HomeLine Together, HomeLine Ultimate or ISDN Home and two of the following eligible Telstra service types: Telstra post paid mobile plan $20 or above per month (excluding satellite services, corporate plans or corporate staff plans); any BigPond® Dial-Up Internet, ISDN or Satellite post paid plan $20 above per month or any BigPond Broadband plan $39.95 or above per month; FOTXEL™ Digital or AUSTAR Digital from Telstra.
