Business Mobile SIM plans

Our mobile plans include an annual price review and may increase by the Consumer Price Index (also known as CPI) in July each year.

We use the CPI rate released by Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS) for the 12 months to the March quarter and any increase will be rounded to the nearest dollar.

The CPI rate is measured by the ABS.

How to access 5G  

Our 5G network reaches over 80% of Australians. To access 5G, you need a 5G compatible device and to be in a 5G coverage area. To see if 5G is in your area, use our 5G coverage checker.

Mobile bundle plans start from $50 with an extra 25GB of data to share and uncapped network speeds while the data only plans are $10 for an extra 10GB of data to share and with uncapped speeds.

Australia

Unlimited calls and SMS in Australia to standard Australian fixed and mobile numbers, as well as calls to most 11xx, 12xx, 13xx and 18xx numbers.

International

Unlimited SMS from Australia to standard international numbers in all destinations. 30 minutes of calls from Australia to any standard overseas number.

Excludes calls and texts to premium numbers, some satellite numbers and international use.

If you exceed your included data allowance, your speed will be capped at 1.5Mbps, and slowed further in busy periods. This means:

• High Definition video or large file sharing may not be possible;

• Some webpages, videos, social media content and files may take longer to load;

• Heavy data users (users in the top 1% of all data users) may experience slower speeds than other users during busy periods. 

Download speeds for included data are capped at 250Mbps on our 4G and 5G network.
