Subscribe and set up MyEmail
There are two quick and easy ways to subscribe and set up MyEmail on your compatible Telstra Next G™ handset.
1. To subscribe to MyEmail, open this link and enter your mobile number.
- We'll send an SMS with the link to MyEmail on your handset.
- Open the MyEmail link in the SMS.
- Then follow the setup instructions on your phone's browser.
Or
2. Setup using the Telstra MyPlace menu.
Just click on MyPlace on your mobile phone, select MyEmail and follow the setup instructions.
You can only subscribe to MyEmail via the phone's browser. Once it's activated, you'll be able to manage your settings via your phone's browser, or you can sign up online for MyInbox to manage your MyEmail settings.
Managing MyEmail
Once you've set up MyEmail, you'll be able to add email addresses, set passwords, choose your alert options and make other changes.
Managing MyEmail on your mobile
Simply select MyEmail from the MyPlace menu, or navigate to: myemail.telstra.com, then follow the instructions on your Telstra Next G™ handset.
Managing MyEmail online
You can manage your MyEmail settings online via MyInbox. You will need to link your BigPond or Telstra email address to your MyEmail service. If you don't have a BigPond or Telstra email address, we will provide you with one.
