To relocate or connect your home phone quickly and easily, you can do one of the following:
1. Complete a Moving Home request online.
Once you've completed your Moving Home request, we'll keep you informed on how things are going as per the steps below:
- You'll automatically receive an email confirmation. Please keep this confirmation email for any queries.
- When we process your application (this generally happens within 48 hours) we'll send you another email with your Order Number and status and any other questions we might have.
- You can check your order status at any time by calling us on 13 22 00 or emailing us and quoting your Order Number
