It's easy to make the Switch to Telstra. Simply visit your local Telstra Shop or dealer or call 125 111.

You can also keep your existing mobile phone number (this is called 'porting'). To 'port' your number to Telstra Mobile, all you need to do is authorise the porting of your mobile phone number to Telstra Mobile and confirm you are the owner of the mobile service. This can be done via a Customer Authorisation Form, which you can pick up from any Telstra Mobile Dealer or download a PDF version below. Although we won't charge you to bring your number, there may be conditions and charges from your existing mobile provider. All you need to do is have your customer account number (you can usually find this on your mobile bill) and 100 points of ID.
