Coverage Feedback

Telstra has several mobile networks, including the new turbo-charged Next G™ mobile broadband network that is available to 99 per cent of Australians.

Over the coming years, we will continuously extend and improve our mobile coverage and we want your feedback to help us find network coverage 'Black Spots'.

Report a 'Black Spot' where Telstra indicates it has mobile or wireless coverage but it does not perform to expectations, such as the line may drop out, the call may have poor reception or there may be little or no reception at all.

Before completing and submitting the web form for a 'Black spot' report we ask that you perform these basic troubleshooting checks as they will ensure common basic problems are found and solved without delay.

The information you submit below will be kept confidential and will assist our Mobile Technicians and Engineers to drive constant improvements to Telstra's mobile networks.

Thank you for being a Telstra customer.

Note - The combination of the Next G network being optimised for land based coverage and the complex factors affecting mobile coverage out to sea means Telstra cannot action, and therefore cannot accept blackspot coverage reports in relation to locations beyond the coastal shoreline.
