A Telstra mobile plan together with a BlackBerry® Individual Solution lets you keep in touch on the go. It is a simple mobile solution providing voice, email access (with up to 10 accounts), SMS, MMS, mobile internet browsing, and calendar functionality.

However you use email, we've got a BlackBerry wireless solution that will suit your needs.

Individuals, home offices or small businesses with Internet Service Provider (ISP) email accounts:

  • BlackBerry Individual Solution – If you use an ISP (like BigPond® or another internet service provider) to connect to email or webmail (like Yahoo!, Hotmail or others), a BlackBerry Individual Solution could be the answer.

Choose the pricing plan that suits you best:

Option 1:

BlackBerry Individual Solution for only an additional $10 per month for 24 months. Minimum cost is $240 (plus any mobile plan cost and usage).

Pay just the extra $10 each month (per BlackBerry service) and you don't have to pay extra to send and receive emails within Australia.

This option is available with an eligible Telstra mobile post-paid plan. To find out more about these plans call 125 111 or visit your local Telstra store or dealer.

Option 2:

BlackBerry Individual Solution (casual) for an additional $49.95 per month.

Pay $49.95 per month (per BlackBerry service) and you don't have to pay extra to send and receive emails within Australia.

Activate your BlackBerry email service

Once you've purchased a BlackBerry smartphone on a mobile plan and take up a BlackBerry Individual Solution email plan, you can configure up to 10 email accounts from the smartphone.

Each email account configured on your BlackBerry smartphone will have its own email inbox displayed on the smartphone.

  • If you haven't yet received it, download the BlackBerry Getting Connected Guide (PDF, 419KB). This will help to guide you through the BlackBerry set up process and ensure you have all you need to get going with your BlackBerry smartphone.
