REQUEST EMAIL BILL

It's quick to set-up and more convenient than a paper bill

  • Email Bills are sent directly to the email address of your choice, allowing you to receive it sooner and providing you with a choice of where it's sent.
  • You can view your bill from anywhere you access your email, so you don't have to carry it around with you.
  • Email Bill provides the convenience of an electronic version of your bills which is handy for claiming expenses or preparing tax refunds.

Simply complete the information below, or login to My Account, and click on 'Email Bill' to sign up.

You must be the Account holder or authorised to change the account to make this request.

Your request will be processed by the end of the next working day. Once processed, you will not receive a paper bill any longer - although you may still receive one more paper bill, depending on your regular bill delivery date.
