Router Charges
From 1 July 2009, Telstra Internet Direct will only support existing services on the Managed Router package.
The Basic and Advanced Package offerings are no longer available. Routers can be purchased through the following options:-
- Telstra’s Business Broadband ADSL and Business Broadband BDSL both offer equipment options as an optional feature.
- Telstra’s Managed WAN offering also offers a range of equipment to support to network access into Telstra Internet Direct.

The following tables detail the pricing for the Managed Router Package.
Managed Package
If you chose the Managed router package, Telstra pre-configured the router to connect to the Telstra Internet Direct network and professionally installed the router at your site. Standard security features are included.
You can also select a maintenance option to have the router fully supported by Telstra with a choice of either standard (business hours) or extended (24 hours x 7 days) maintenance. The following additional recurring monthly maintenance charges (inclusive of GST) apply to such maintenance:
