What is T-Cloud?
T-Cloud is a safe way to securely back up and store your photos, documents and videos. It allows you to share your files with your home and work computers, iPhone, iPad, most Android mobiles, tablets and T-Hub®2 – as well as with your friends and family.
Safe as houses
Firstly, your files are kept right here in Australia in our secure data centres. We have more than one, for extra safety, and people on hand 24/7 to talk to if you need help. We use the same encryption as the banks to ensure your connection to T-Cloud is secure. It means no-one can access your personal files except you and the people you choose to share them with.
Free and paid plans
If you have a Telstra mobile or internet* account, you’ll be eligible for 3GB of storage free (if not, you’ll get 1GB free). If you need more, there’s a range of storage options to suit your budget and needs.
