Things you need to know
- Credit Rules – if you recharge your service before the recharge expiry date, your new recharge expiry date will be the longer of either 1) the expiry date for your existing balance (before you recharged), or 2) the expiry date for your new recharge amount.
- Bonus Credit (Talk/Text) is only available when your SIM is placed in a voice/SMS capable device.
- The data rate per MB is determined by your most recent recharge denomination. Please note that if you recharge at a lower recharge denomination, the data rate per MB for that lower recharge denomination, will also apply to any unused credit that rolls over.
- Your Bonus Credit (Talk/Text) does not roll over and can be used for calls, SMS and MMS to standard Australian and international numbers. Any call/SMS/MMS usage will firstly be deducted from the Bonus Credit. Once you have used the Bonus Credit, subsequent voice/SMS/MMS usage will be deducted from any remaining Recharge Credit. All voice/SMS/MMS usage will be charged at the rate in the table on the next tab.
- Bonus Credit (Talk/Text) excludes calls/SMS to satellite numbers, premium numbers (for example, 19xx numbers), operator assisted and info calls (for example, most 12xx numbers), content charges (including 3rd party charges), MessageBank, diverted calls and use while overseas.

You can use Telstra Pre-Paid Mobile Broadband when travelling overseas so you can get in touch with friends and family. It is automatically available on your Telstra Pre-Paid Mobile Broadband service.

Please note that Browse Plus Packs cannot be used in Australia and cannot be used for sending SMS from your service or for content charges. Once your Browse Plus Pack runs out, or if you don't select an Browse Plus Pack, the Pay As You Go rate will apply to all downloaded content.
How to buy
Click on the My Account icon in the Connection Manager, select Plus Packs and click on the International Roaming Browse Plus Pack you wish to purchase.
The pack cost will be deducted from your Telstra Pre-Paid Balance and you'll receive confirmation of your purchase. You can check your balance via the My Account icon in the connection manager.
Things you need to know
Your included allowance can only be used in selected countries. If you use all of your included value, or if you don’t purchase an International Roaming Browse Plus Pack (or if you roam in a country which is not listed) we will charge you 1.5 cents per kB you use which will be deducted from any Pre-Paid credit you may have on your service.
Your included value cannot be used for call, SMS, MMS charges while overseas and cannot be used for data usage in Australia. Check our itinerary builder to confirm how much you will be charged for other mobile usage in the countries you are visiting.
Any unused allowance will be forfeited at the end of the 30 day period.
