Things you need to know
A payment processing fee is charged for Telstra bills paid by credit card. For Visa, MasterCard and American Express the rate is 1% of the payment amount, plus applicable GST. For Diners Club the rate is 2% of the payment amount, plus applicable GST.
Some exemptions from this fee also apply, including for eligible pensioner concession card holders.

- HomeLine® Budget customers agree not to acquire services from other carriage service providers by dialing their access override code and must not acquire a broadband service from another service provider which is provided using line sharing technology.
- Call charges may apply. Calls to '13' and '1300' numbers are not local calls.
- Our Fair Use Policy applies. If few calls are made, this plan may not be the most appropriate for your needs because your average call costs may be higher than on another of our HomeLine plans. Please consider the range of plans available.
- Calls must commence in the capped time zone to be eligible for the applicable capped rate.
- Available for most direct dialled calls from most fixed phones to UK, New Zealand, Ireland, USA, Canada, Hong Kong, and Singapore.
