Telstra offers per minute rates and capped STD calling rates as part of our HomeLine® Plans.

Things you need to know
- Our Fair Use Policy applies. If few calls are made, this plan may not be the most appropriate for your needs because your average call costs may be higher than on another of our HomeLine plans. Please consider the range of plans available.
- 50 km is the distance between district or zonal charging points (also includes STD Community and STD Preferential calls).
- Including >50 km Concessional A-rate calls.
- 85 km is the distance between zonal or district charging points. Also includes STD Community, STD Preferential calls and >50 km Concessional A-rate calls.
