Things you need to know
- Call connection fees apply. Excludes calls to international mobile (non-roaming) numbers in the destinations marked with † in the International Direct table and some other calls and services.
- Calls are charged by half hour block even if the call is less than half hour. If the call lasts for one minute or less, a charge of only $1.10 applies instead of the half hour charge. Excludes calls to services using an international mobile (non-roaming) number such as international mobile phones, pagers, personal numbers and voicemail services in some destinations.

Things you need to know
- Free from most Telstra residential fixed phones where customer is pre-selected to Telstra for long distance calls, Telstra payphones or not for profit customers who have selected Telstra for their access service and local calls. A service fee of $1.65 applies to calls from Telstra business and mobile phone customers requesting numbers regardless of whether or not the requested number can be found by an operator.
