The traveller's phone account
Telstra Telecard is a convenient calling card that enables you to make phone, fax and modem calls from most phones in Australia and more than 65 countries1. Telstra Telecard is issued free, and you can have your calls automatically billed to your business or home phone account with no monthly fees or credit charges.
Please note that the Telecard product will not be available after 2 September 2013.
Telecards are no longer able to be ordered by new customers. However, existing Telecard customers can still apply for additional cards prior to 2 September 2013.
If you have any questions regarding your Telecard, we’re available to help you between 8am and 10pm AEST 7 days a week. An overnight voicemail / callback service is also available.
In Australia: for personal assistance call Telecard Customer Service on FREECALL™ 1800 815 700 (a free call from most fixed phones).
When overseas: for personal assistance, call the Telstra operator by dialling the Australia Direct access number for the country you are in and hold for the operator, then ask for a reverse charge call to 03 9632 6062.
