Telstra Phonecards are sold nationally at selected Telstra Stores and retail outlets.

 

Need help with your Telstra Phonecard?

If you’ve got a pre-paid Telstra Phonecard that’s faulty you can apply for it to be replaced. Phonecards can be replaced if there’s:

  • a fault on the Phonecard
  • a faulty operation of a Telstra payphone.

If you’ve got a valid Telstra $5 (kangaroo), $10 (koala) or $20 (wombat) Telstra Phonecard and need a refund or exchange for any unused credit please send the card with a request to:
