Summary Bill Demo
At around two pieces of paper long, Summary Bill is easy to read and contains a breakdown of your charges and billing details. If you would like to see a detailed list of your local and other calls you can register for My Account to use Online Billing.You’ll find more information about our shorter Summary Bill by viewing the demo below. Simply choose the section of the bill you’re most interested in.
Front Page Of Bill
This section contains information specific to your account, like your account number, bill number, total amount due, pay by date and billing details.
The grey section shows a snapshot of your bill. It lists the sub total for each service and at the bottom, you’ll find the overall total. If there’s any outstanding amount, it’s also listed here.
This is the due date of your bill.

This section lists the different ways you can pay your bill and is also the remittance form you will need to pay in person or by post.

If you pay your bill by credit card, you may incur a credit card payment processing fee. Refer to your bill for current rates. This section contains charges and credits which are applicable to your account, such as Credit Card Payment processing fees or Late Payment Fee.

The Your Bill section contains details on the summary of your package and charges. Online Bill can provide you with further details on your account. To register for Online Bill, go to My Account.
The majority of charges in this section will appear in two decimal places, for example, $5.00 and are net price (i.e. they are inclusive of discounts). You may however see some charges in this section, such as prorated plan charges, appearing with a third decimal place, for example $12.122.

This lists the plan name or package details your service is connected to.

This is the summary of charges that have been billed through your package or plan.
Discounts
This shows a summary of the discounts that your HomeLine service provides for you.
The majority of charges in this section will appear in two decimal places, for example, $5.00 and are net price (i.e. they are inclusive of discounts). You may however see some charges in this section, such as prorated plan charges, appearing with a third decimal place, for example $12.122.
