THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW
- Customers without a post-paid Telstra fixed service will be unable to book FBOs and Main Events with the remote control (and note that FOXTEL iQ/iQ2 cannot order FBO Movies and Adult Only over the phone), play Pick 'n' Play Games, vote or respond to i-ads and competitions.
- Eligible customers need HomeLine® Plus, HomeLine Advanced, HomeLine Ultimate, HomeLine Together or HomeLine Reach and your FOXTEL from Telstra on a Single Bill. Plus add one or more of the following eligible Telstra service types to increase the reward:
- A Telstra post paid mobile plan $20 or above per month (excludes satellite and some other post-paid plans). Any BigPond® Dial-Up Internet, Satellite post-paid plan $20 or above per month or any BigPond ADSL, Cable or Wireless Broadband plan $39.95 or above per month (excluding services under offer codes 3288 and 5468).
- Your eligible Telstra services must not be managed across our old and new billing and customer care systems. Call 13 2200 to see if you are eligible. Family Calls are standard national voice calls between your eligible home phone and your mobile services on your Telstra Single Bill. Limits apply on the number of services that may be included; only one Reward Option per account. Reward Options are incompatible with any other packages, special offers or Telstra's Pensioner Discount, and some offers (check Our Customer Terms and the terms of your offer for compatibility). Some services are excluded. Unused calls/texts expire monthly. Excludes some calls.
