- Customers may suspend the receipt of their FOXTEL from Telstra services once in any 12 month period for a minimum of 1 week and a maximum of 3 months from the requested date.
Our BYO option allows you to tailor a specific package to suit your needs and budget. New customers that take up the BYO option will need to pay standard installation fees.
