Telstra Disability Enquiry Hotline

Older people, people with a disability and carers can obtain information in alternative formats and specialist advice about Telstra's Disability Equipment Program, including advice on other products and services that may meet their telecommunications needs.

Service difficulties and troubleshooting faults

If you're having difficulty making a call on your Telstra residential service, click here, or contact Telstra Faults on 13 2203.

To report a fault on your Telstra service if you use a Teletypewriter (TTY), contact Telstra's TTY Fault Centre from 8am to 5pm EST Monday to Friday on 1300 139 404 (TTY) or 1300 552 384 (Voice).

At all other times please contact Telstra Faults on 13 2203 via the National Relay Service 13 3677.

Telstra Disability Services

The Disability Services team works to:

  • implement and monitor Telstra Disability Action plan initiatives and disability policy
  • advise on disability issues during product development
  • promote and improve awareness of Telstra’s services for people with a disability
  • facilitate the Telstra Disability Forum and Consumer Advisory Group, and
  • involve Telstra in broader community initiatives
