Cancellations

Cancellations of bookings require a minimum of one hour's notice before the scheduled connection time of the conference for no cancellation fee to be incurred. If a cancellation is made within the hour or a participant does not present to the conference, a fee equal to the set up fee (as for Telstra Conferencing Call Out conferences) will be charged per line booked but not used.
