Changing Your PIN

For your convenience, you can change your existing Telecard PIN to any four-digit combination with our automatic Pick-A-PIN service.

1. Dial:
   • 18918 within Australia
   • from overseas dial the access number, select option 'Telecard call to Australia' and follow the prompts
2. Select the menu option for Pick-A-PIN
3. Follow the voice instructions

Your new PIN will be available the next business day. Until then, use your previous PIN. Pick-A-PIN is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Forgotten your PIN?

If you have forgotten your new PIN, the original PIN can be reissued to you by calling FREECALL™ 1800 038 000¹ (from within Australia) - if overseas, dial the access number, select option 'Telecard call to Australia' and follow the prompts.

For the security of your Telecard®, your PIN can only be confirmed by mail.
