In Australia: for personal assistance call Telecard Customer Service on 1800 038 000 (a free call from most fixed phones).
When overseas: for personal assistance, call the Telstra operator by dialling the Australia Direct access number for the country you are in and hold for the operator, then ask for a reverse charge call to 03 9632 6062. Alternatively, call the local service operator and ask for a reverse charge call to Australia on 61 3 9632 6062.
