Top up Your Say G'day™ Card
Important message: Telstra has sold Say G’day to Cardcall. You can continue to use the remaining value on your Telstra Say G’day card until your card expires.
However you can no longer purchase new Telstra Say G’day cards online or top up your existing Telstra Say G’day card using a credit card or BPAY®. You can continue to transfer value between your Telstra Say G’day cards until they expire.
You can transfer value from one Telstra Say G’day card to another Telstra Say G'day card online or over the telephone.

- Dial 1300 654 603.ˆ (A 1300 call charge of 27.5c applies when calling from Telstra fixed phones. Standard payphone charges for making a local call apply when calling from Telstra public payphones (coins required). Applicable mobile phone charges for calls to a 1300 number apply in addition to Say G'day service charges).
- Select one of the language options (press 1 for English).
- Enter the Say G'day card number (if you want to transfer value from another Say G'day card, enter the card number of the Say G'day card that you want to top up).
- Select the options menu by entering * 1.
- Dial * 7 to transfer value.
- Then follow the remaining instructions.
- ˆ Alternatively use the 1800 099 032 convenience number. An additional charge of 10c per minute applies for all timed calls. Applicable mobile phone charges for calls to a 1800 number apply in addition to Say G'day service charges.
If you are transferring value from another Telstra Say G'day card there is a limit of three transfers to a card per day and five transfers to a card per week.
