You can check your Telstra Say G'day™ calling card balance over the telephone at any time (except when you are on a call) by pressing * 0.

To check your balance, card details and transaction history online, register and log in at www.telstra.com.au/callingcardshop.

Please note: Transactions such as calls and transfers of value from another card generally appear in your transaction history and balance within one hour of the transaction. BPAY® transactions generally appear in your transaction history and balance within one banking day of Telstra's receipt of your BPAY payment.
