When you make an international call (including to an international satellite service) using your Say G'day™ card, we charge you the per minute rate for the duration of the call.

Convenient 1300 or 1800 Access

Call 1300 654 603 for convenient access from most fixed phones in Australia. Alternatively, you can call 1800 099 032. Calls cannot be made from pre-paid mobiles.

Calls are charged at GST inclusive rates. Timed calls from Australia are charged in 60-second blocks. A 1300 call charge of 25c applies when calling from Telstra fixed phones (Standard payphone charges for making a local call apply when calling from Telstra public payphones (coins required)). The 1800 access number incurs an additional charge of 10c per minute for all timed calls. Applicable mobile phone charges for calls to a 1300 and 1800 number apply in addition to Say G'day service charges.

Voicemail

Voicemail messages are charged 66c per message retrieved, plus any applicable call charges.

Global and satellite calls

We charge you the applicable per-minute rate for calls made using the 1300 or 1800 access number for the duration of the call. For more details please go to the Calling Card section of Our Customer Terms (available for inspection at most Telstra Shops).

Optus MobileSat calls

We charge you the applicable per-minute rate for calls made using the 1300 or 1800 access number for the duration of the call. For more details please go to the Calling Card section of Our Customer Terms (available for inspection at most Telstra Shops).
