Top up Your Super Buzz™ Global Card

Important message: Telstra has sold Super Buzz to Cardcall. You can continue to use the remaining value on your Telstra Super Buzz Global card until your card expires.

However you can no longer purchase new Telstra Super Buzz Global cards online or top up your existing Telstra Super Buzz Global card using a credit card or BPAY®. You can continue to transfer value between your Telstra Super Buzz Global cards until they expire.

You can transfer value from one Telstra Super Buzz Global card to another Telstra Super Buzz Global card online or over the telephone.

Transferring value from one Telstra Super Buzz Global card to another Telstra Super Buzz Global card over the telephone.

1. Dial 1300 797 289¹ (A 1300 call charge of 27.5c applies when calling from Telstra fixed phones. Standard payphone charges for making a local call apply when calling from Telstra public payphones (coins required). Applicable mobile phone charges for calls to a 1300 number apply in addition to Super Buzz Global service charges).
2. Select one of the language options (press 1 for English).
3. Enter your Super Buzz Global card number (if you want to transfer value from another Super Buzz Global card, enter the card number of the Super Buzz Global card that you want to top up).
4. Select the options menu by entering * 1.
5. Dial * 7 to transfer value.

Then follow the remaining instructions.

If you are transferring value from another Telstra Super Buzz Global card there is a limit of three transfers to a card per day and five transfers to a card per week.
