Transfer value from Another Telstra PhoneAway® Card
You can transfer value from one PhoneAway card to another over the telephone or online.
To transfer value online your card must be registered.
To transfer value over the telephone:
- Dial 18933¹ or enter the access number for the country you are in.
- Select from one of the language options (press 1 for English).
- Enter the card number of the PhoneAway card you wish to transfer value to.
- Select the options menu by entering * 1.
- Dial * 7 to transfer value.
- Enter the card number of the PhoneAway card from which you wish to transfer the value.
- Then follow the remaining instructions.
Things you need to know
1 A free call from most fixed phones and Telstra mobiles within Australia (excluding Telstra prepaid mobile which cannot be used to make a PhoneAway call using 18933).
Important note
If you are transferring value from another PhoneAway card, there is a limit of three transfers to a card per day and five transfers to a card per week.
