Telstra offers a range of international call options for your business with direct access to more than 230 international calling destinations.
- 0011 International. Flat-rate per-minute1 calls (charged per second).
- 0018 Easy ½ Hours. Capped-rate 30-minute blocks.2 BusinessLine ® Select and BusinessLine Select Saver customers pay for the first half-hour block and receive the next half hour free.3
- 10-minute calls. A call cap for the first 10 minutes on 0011 calls4 available to BusinessLine Select and BusinessLine Select Saver customers only.
- Calls to international mobiles.

Things you need to know
- Available for direct-dial calls from most business fixed phones. Excludes some calls. A call connection fee applies from BusinessLine Complete services.
- The same charge applies for each half-hour block or part thereof. If call lasts for one minute or less, a charge of $1.10 applies instead of the half-hour charge. 0018 Easy ½ Hours call charges are not eligible for further discount with some discount options. Available for direct-dial calls to most fixed phones. Excludes some calls and services using an international mobile (non-roaming) number in some destinations.
- Limit of one free half-hour block per call. Call charged per half-hour block or part thereof.
- For direct-dial calls to or from most fixed phones. Excludes some calls, including calls to international mobile numbers (non-roaming) such as international pagers, personal numbers and voicemail services.
# The 10-minute capped call rate and 0018 Easy ½ Hours does not apply to calls to an international mobile (non-roaming) number in the indicated international calling destinations from BusinessLine Select and BusinessLine Select Saver.
