ISDN Argent Connect
Argent Connect is a service for retail businesses that uses Telstra's powerful ISDN network to support simultaneous voice, data and EFTPOS services over a single connection.
How does it work?
Argent Connect works with an ISDN2 service to enable a retail business to conduct reliable and secure EFTPOS transactions with its financial institution. Argent Connect allows you to use any two devices, such as phone and internet access, at the same time on the same service, while still using EFTPOS.
Installation is easy. Argent Connect links your existing electronic funds transfer terminal to an ISDN2 service using an Argent Terminal Adaptor (ATA) which is included with the service.
Pricing
When you choose Argent Connect, you will be charged for your Argent Connect service, an ISDN2 service and any usage charges. For a full breakdown of charges, please see the table below:
