Telstra TalkNow™ (TTN) gives you the potential to quickly contact up to 30 business contacts with a compatible Next G™ mobile phone within Australia at the same time, helping to create faster customer service and improve your operational efficiency.

Here are the Telstra TalkNow™ features are at a glance:

  • Contact Management – You can add other team members using a TTN handset to your contact list (up to 99 contacts) or create up to 30 groups, with up to 30 contacts in each group. A web interface tool is also available which allows business administrators to create, manage and edit TTN contacts and groups online
  • Availability Status - See which of your TTN contacts are available or not to decide the best way to reach them so you don't waste time playing phone tag. You can also change your own availability to 'Do Not Disturb' when you don't wish to be contacted
  • Push To Talk (PTT) – You can use your mobile phone like a walkie-talkie or 2-way radio, to easily keep your team updated. There is no dialling or ringing, so any available TTN contacts or groups can be contacted quickly if they are in a Next G™ network coverage area
  • Convert to Mobile – Require a longer conversation? Simply upgrade your Push To Talk call into a TTN mobile call or conference call
  • Conference Call - Start up a Conference Call anytime to call one of your TTN Groups within Australia. Arrange a meeting quickly, whenever you need to, rather than having to allocate team members with dial-in or PIN numbers prior to a meeting or having to arrange a meeting room
  • Group Voicemail – Leave a Voicemail message for a TTN contact or one of your TTN Groups within Australia directly on their MessageBank®. There is no need to make multiple calls and no ringing is required
  • Group Text – It's quick and easy way to send a text message (SMS) to up to 30 TTN contacts within Australia in a group at the same time
  • Call me Reminder - You can send an alert message to your TTN contacts which pops up on their mobile as a reminder to call you back if they are unavailable
  • Availability Alert - Receive an alert when other TTN contacts become available. Great for knowing the most convenient time to reach other team members rather than playing phone tag over email or voicemail

Pricing

Connect to Telstra TalkNow™ for only $10 per month for unlimited access to all of the Telstra TalkNow™ features when you also take up a compatible Next G™ mobile phone# on an eligible Telstra Business plan for 24 months*. Compatible handsets include the Telstra 159.

You will also be charged separately for your use of services other than the Telstra TalkNow™ service (such as normal mobile calls and SMS) in accordance with the rates and charges of your eligible Telstra Business mobile plan.

PLUS two months free trial period – receive 2 months free usage of the Telstra TalkNow™ service when you activate your eligible handset# and Telstra accepts your application before 30 June 2008.+
