Telstra's Voice2Text™ service helps to make sure you never miss an important message while you're in a meeting.
With Telstra's new Voice2Text™ service, voice messages received on your mobile phone's MessageBank® are automatically converted to text and sent straight to your mobile as a text message (SMS). You don't have to wait until your meeting ends to receive an urgent message or the latest update from your staff, suppliers or customers - just read it and call or text back straight away.

Availability
The Voice2Text™ service may not be available to you if your account has been migrated across to our new billing and customer care systems.
If your account has been migrated across to Telstra's new billing and customer care system, your account number will have a 13-digit Telstra account number. You can check your Telstra account number on the top right hand corner of your Telstra bill.
The Voice2Text™ service is only available to Telstra customers with an ABN, ACN or ARBN.
Pricing
The Voice2Text™ service is charged in addition to your normal MessageBank costs. Choose the offer that will best suit you based on the number of messages you think you may receive per month*. With no fixed-term contracts, you can easily switch plans from one month to the next if your usage patterns change.

Things you need to know:
* You will be charged for all converted messages i.e. you are charged for 1 message despite its length (up to 3 concatenated SMS) including long messages and notifications from the service. Charging takes place on dispatch of the converted message, whether or not the text is received.
^ The first month credit offer is available to each new customer who selects a $10 or $20 pricing plan. One offer per customer. Offer credit expires after 30 days.

On average it should take around 3.5 minutes for text message notification to be received but in some instances it can take up to 20 minutes.
