Mobile Select Plans
Telstra's Mobile Select Plans are a very different approach to mobile voice. Unlike other plans, Mobile Select gives you:
- The freedom to speak for as long and often as you want with untimed calls to landlines and Telstra mobiles within Australia1.
- A predictable mobile cost for national calls to landlines and Telstra mobiles.
- Plans to suit a variety of businesses, starting with low monthly charges.
To sign up, all you have to do is:
- Choose a Telstra Business Mobile Select Plan
- Choose a mobile phone option
- Select your SMS and MMS bundle
Step 1: Select a Telstra Business Mobile Select voice call plan
All plans have untimed voice calls to eligible landlines and Telstra mobiles within Australia1 – all you pay is the connection fee per call. Choose between the 12 and 24 month voice call Member Plans.3

Voice and video calls to non-Telstra mobiles have a connection fee of 30c The voice call rate to non-Telstra mobile service in Australia is 35c per minute (or part).
Step 2: Choose a mobile phone option
You can keep your existing phone or get a new one. Here are the options.
- Connect to a Phone Plan for 24 months and receive a subsidised mobile phone. Select from a range of Next G™ mobile phones on a 24-month Phone Plan option.5 (For the full list of Phone Plans available, see Things you need to know below.)
- Pay off a new mobile phone. Select from a wide range of mobile phones and pay a phone off over 12, 18 or 24 months.
- Purchase a new mobile phone outright. Select from a wide range of mobile phones and pay upfront.
- Use your existing mobile phone. Pay nothing until you need a new mobile phone.
Step 3: Choose your SMS and MMS bundle
If you use SMS or MMS frequently, consider the different bundle options available. These plans are available on a non-contracted, monthly basis.

SMS and MMS can only be sent to mobile phones and SMS-capable landline phones.

Things you need to know
- Excludes some calls. Pay only the connection fee for voice calls to eligible fixed and Telstra mobile services within Australia. Our Fair Play and Reasonable Use policies apply.
- Excludes some calls including premium content and information services and some calls including calls to numbers beginning with 19, 12, 13 or 1800, international and international roaming calls, calls to satellite phones, diverted calls, MessageBank diversions and retrievals and all data calls (such as SMS, WAP, MMS, GPRS and BigPond® Mobile Services)
- Available to customers who have an ABN, ARBN and ACN. Min costs on a 12 month Member Plan range from $240 to $1,079.40, and on a 24 month Member Plan range from $480 to $2,158.80. Additional call and usage charges and any applicable handset costs may apply. Early termination charges apply. Telstra’s Fair Play and Reasonable Use policies apply. Casual Plans are not available.
- You can only take up these plans (or the equivalent phone plans) when you have an eligible Telstra Business landline service (all Telstra Business landline services excluding BusinessLine® Complete and BusinessLine® Part) for the duration of your Member Plan or Phone Plan contract term.
