BlackBerry Enterprise Solution
To use the BlackBerry® Enterprise Solution from Telstra, you will need:
- A BlackBerry® compatible handset. The price you pay depends on the handset model and the voice plan or BlackBerry® Enterprise Solution Data Plan you select.
- A BlackBerry® Enterprise Solution Data Plan. For a fixed monthly fee you get to use unlimited email (both work email and personal ISP/webmail) and MDS browsing while in Australia.
- A Compatible business voice plan. If you do not purchase a voice plan then Telstra will connect you to a default BlackBerry pay-as-you-go voice plan.
- Properly installed BlackBerry Enterprise Solution server software and client licences.

BlackBerry Individual Solution
To use the BlackBerry Individual Solution from Telstra, you will need:
- A BlackBerry compatible handset. The price you pay depends on the handset model and the voice plan you select.
- A BlackBerry Individual Solution Data Plan. For a fixed monthly fee you get to use unlimited email (personal ISP/webmail) and internet browsing within Australia.
- A Compatible business voice plan. If you do not select a voice plan then Telstra will connect you to a default BlackBerry pay-as-you-go voice plan.
