Things you need to know
- Subject to domain name availability.
- Not available to all customers in all areas. Actual speeds may be less due to a number of factors including network configuration, line quality & length, exchange type, member premises interference, traffic and hardware and software. About 50% of members on the 20Mbps ("High Speed") plan can access speeds around 10Mbps or more.
- Web Remote Access must be enabled on 2 Wire gateway in order to remotely configure your gateway and to access computer files. File sharing must be also enabled on the computers that you wish to access from remote locations.
- Excess email storage is charged at 5.5c per MB.
- For customers transfering from participating ISPs only. Your order must be processed to commence the Telstra Business DSL Transfer.
- Excess data usage charged at 12c per MB (not applicable to unlimited plans).Unused data allowance expires each month.
- "High speed" services provide access speeds of up to 20,000Kbps/1,000Kbps in ADSL 2+ areas and up to 8,000Kbps/384Kbps in ADSL 1 areas. All Speeds are theoretical network maximum speeds. Actual speeds may be less due to a number of factors including network configuration, line quality and length, exchange type, member premises interference, traffic and hardware and software. ADSL is not available in all areas to all customers.
- Minimum cost for Business Broadband Starter over 12 months for (a) 512/512Kbps: from $980 for 1GB plan to $3,860 for unlimited plan; (b) High Speed: from $1,100 on 1GB plan to $3,980 for Unlimited plan.
