A: Telstra does not charge a fee to switch your long-distance calls or fixed phone services from a reseller to Telstra, nor do we charge you to port your mobile to Telstra. There may be additional costs if you require re-wiring for your business phone or other services.
Also, there may be consequences arising from the transfer of your service to Telstra. For example, your current service provider may require you to pay an early termination fee. It is your responsibility to check the terms and conditions of any existing contracts with your current provider.
