A: This will vary with the type of service or product you have ordered.
For physical products, we will aim to deliver your order to metropolitan and most regional areas within five business days.* If you live in a remote area, you will be contacted to arrange a delivery time that may take more than five business days.
For all other orders, you will be sent an email within two business days that will provide you with details of your order.
For more detailed products such as an additional telephone service, a Telstra representative may need to contact you to discuss your requirements and agree on a convenient time for a technician to visit your premises.
