To be able to use the Telstra IP Telephony (TIPT) clients, you need:
- administrator access rights for your PC (to allow the installation to occur) check with your Customer Administrator
- a software licence to use the client, based on the TIPT feature packs you have assigned
- to meet minimum software and hardware requirements

Telstra Telephony Toolbar
Please note: the current supported version of the client is R17 SP4 MB15 Build 86. Last updated 09/04/2013. To install, right click Download Now (zipped .exe) (ZIP, 21.2MB) or Download Now (zipped .msi) (ZIP, 21.1MB) and select Save Target As then run the file from your computer.
For users with Firefox, it is recommended to use the version of the toolbar R17 SP4 MB4 Build 69. To install, right click Download Now (zipped .exe) (ZIP, 21.7MB) or Download Now (zipped .msi) (ZIP, 21.6MB) and select Save Target As then run the file from your computer.

Adobe Flash for Call Manager / Attendant Console
To be able to use these clients, you need to have the Adobe Flash Player installed on your computer. If you don't have it already, it should be downloaded automatically when you start Call Manager.
Please note that Adobe Flash Player 10 only may be used.
To install it yourself, click Download Now and select Save Target As, then run the file from your computer.
