As a single, cost-efficient solution, it can help simplify the management of your mobile devices, ordering processes and inventory management so you can focus on the core aspects of your business.
Mobility Fleet Care Plus is available for a fixed monthly fee per service.

Mobility Fleet Managed Bill Reporting – the Telstra Mobility Fleet Care Plus online bill reporting system – can help you better manage and monitor your mobile fleet costs by generating reports that will enable you to detect unusual calling activity or abnormal usage profiles. You will also be able to keep track of expenses with the ability to allocate expenditure to individual departments or projects using the online Service Inventory Management.
Also, outsourcing the management of your mobile fleet can replace the need for staff training, office infrastructure and human resources.
Streamline asset tracking
At your request, we will provide you with regular updates on the services and hardware within your fleet so that you can identify the device make and model that each service is using, in addition to what plan they’re on. Access to this level of mobile fleet data will also help you spot discrepancies and inconsistencies quickly, facilitating better and faster decision-making.
Optimise the productivity of your fleet
We have a skilled team of Telstra Mobility Fleet Care Plus help desk consultants on hand 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to provide you with around-the-clock support. When business critical issues arise outside work hours (8am to 6pm EST on business days and on the weekends), including lost or stolen phones, password lock-outs or when access to International Roaming is required, our team is on hand to help prevent or minimise any disruptions to your fleet and end users.
To ensure that your mobile handsets, devices and accessories can be delivered to you as soon as possible, your orders are given the highest priority. We aim to enter all of your orders into our systems within two hours of receipt. All orders received Monday to Friday before 2pm (AEST) will be processed for delivery the next business day if delivery is within a metropolitan area in Australia.

Things you need to know
Mobility help desk support: you may log requests with the Mobility Help Desk 24/7. The Mobility Help Desk will only provide support in relation to business critical issues outside of business hours. Any non-business critical issues reported outside of business hours will be actioned on the next business day. Business hours are 8am to 6pm standard time in the Australian state or territory that you make contact from, on business days.
Delivery of handsets: next day delivery applies to delivery of mobile handsets, devices and accessories to metropolitan areas only. Orders must be received by 2pm AEST on business days to be eligible for next day delivery. Next day delivery may not be possible in the circumstances where the mobile handset model requested by you is not available from the manufacturer; the mobile handset model requested by you has been discontinued; we are unable to deliver the mobile handset to you because your delivery address is incorrect or incomplete; we are unable to gain access to your site to deliver the mobile handset to you, or for any reason beyond our reasonable control.
