MDN Reporting Services is an optional service available to Telstra Managed Data Networks (MDN) customers.

MDN Activity Report
Reports on monthly activity on your network:
- Trouble reports closed for the month
- System closed alarm events
- Planned outages for the month
- Adds, moves and changes for the month
MDN Online Reporting
Reports on the performance of routers and switches including At-a-Glance Reporting, Trend Reporting and Top-N Reporting.
MDN Written Analysis Reporting
An analysis report prepared by Telstra to highlight and resolve potential network performance issues by recommending appropriate courses of action.
OnLine Alarm View (OLAV)
OLAV allows you to view active alarms and network incidents in near real-time to assist in incident and problem management.
Response Path Reporting (NetHealth)
Measures synthetic, end-to-end network performance between two designated devices to assist capacity planning, incident and problem management.
Application Visibility and Usage (AVU) Reporting
Netflow and Network Based Application Recognition (NBAR) data is collected from Cisco devices to show application volumes and usage.
Enhanced Network Performance Reporting (InfoVista)
Measures synthetic, end-to-end network performance between two designated devices to assist capacity planning, incident and problem management.
WAN Optimisation Reports
Provides online real time and historical performance reporting on the effectiveness of the WAN Optimisation service, including Executive Summary Reports and Application Acceleration Summary Reports.
WLAN Reporting Service
An overview of the Wireless LAN (WLAN) environment that enables you to review the usage and stability of your WLAN network. It provides rogue access point detection, ad hoc network detection and client association failure.
Network and Application Baselining Service
An audit of your IP-VPN network performance that specifically captures network traffic between the host site and remotes sites. Provides a written report that shows the volume and types of traffic between the sites and an assessment of the network performance and enables you to appraise your network health.
The type of reporting service available depends on the MDN solution and selected service tier.
