Create your own unique space online with Website Professional. Our experienced design team works with you to build a handcrafted website from scratch – rather than choosing from pre-built templates. The design team will ask specific questions such as your company colours and design specifications to match your brand, and then build an editable custom website.

If you need to make any complex changes, professional monthly maintenance is included in all packages. You can easily add or update content and images anytime with the Online Website Editor.

The design team can build a range of functionality into your website such as web forms and integration of Google Maps, on top of that the team will make your website search engine ready by creating a sitemap and submitting your website to the top search engines. Website Professional also includes Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) Basic tool which you can use to maintain and update your SEO.

You will see an initial website in 5-10 working days after you’ve supplied your content and requirements to our design team.

You will need a domain name with DNS management to purchase and configure Website Professional. If you don’t have a domain name, Register a domain name when you purchase Website Professional.

If you have a Domain name, check it includes a DNS Manager or DNS Service which lets you update A and CNAME records. If you can’t see these options in your Domain manager you may be able to purchase a DNS Manager or DNS Service separately from your existing provide; alternatively you can easily transfer your domain name to T-Suite so you can manage your domains and website services from one centralised place.

Is this package right for me?

How Website Professional works:

• 1. Let’s Get Started
  • Purchase your plan through 1800 TSUITE (1800 878 483) or contact a T-Suite dealer.
  • You will receive an activation email with an overview of the design process and a link to an online questionnaire where you can submit your business information.
• 2. Design Review and Phone Consultation
  • Visit the URL in your activation email, complete the online questionnaire and select your template from any one of our 100 designs. Submit your logo, images and any written material you have.
  • A discovery phone call will be scheduled to review your material and discuss your needs directly with the design team.
• 3. Website Production
  • Our design team will begin building your site to your specifications. You will see an initial website within 5-10 business days (depending on your plan) featuring complete content and material delivery.
  • When your website is complete, we’ll email you a link so you can review it.
  • If needed, you can provide revision recommendations and edits (the number of revisions will depend on your plan).
  • Our design team will make any requested changes and re-post for final approval.
• 4. Go Live approval
  • Once you’ve approved the site, we’ll release it to you. You will need to configure your domain name so that it points to your website.
  • For ongoing maintenance, we provide an email address where you can request your monthly updates or you can edit your website yourself (our designers can show you how).

  • Visit the link in your welcome email to complete the online form – select a design theme, submit your logo, images and any written content you have.
• 2. Design Review and Phone Consultation
  • Our design team will review your material and may request additional information that you will need to provide by email.
  • When all information is received, our design team will email you proposed times to schedule a phone appointment with a design consultant.
• 3. Website Production
  • Our design team will take your information and begin building your website, you will see an initial website within 5-10 business days (depending on your plan).
  • When your website is complete, we will email you with a URL to review your website.
  • You can provide revisions to our design team 1 to 2 times (depending on your plan), if needed.
  • Our design team makes requested changes and emails you for final approval.
• 4. Go Live approval
  • Once you have approved the site we publish your website and release it to you with details on how to update it using the Online Website Editor. You will need to configure your domain name so that it points to your Website.
  • We will provide you with an email address where you can request your monthly updates.
  • Our design team will also submit your site to multiple search engines such as Google, Sensis and Bing.

• Choosing between Website Professional plans, how do I know how many pages I need?
  That will depend on what you want the world to know about your company. Most start with 5 pages – Home, About Us, Contact, Products or Services, and News & Events. Think about websites you like, including those of your competitors. How many pages do they present and do you want or need more pages or fewer pages to achieve your online business goals?
• What sort of changes may I request with my monthly maintenance work?
  You can request any text changes and image replacement. You can request additional pages up to the maximum number of pages allowed by your package. All of this work can be done as long as it fits within the allotted 30 minute timeframe. Here are the guidelines for your monthly maintenance service:
  • Monthly minutes do not rollover, are non-transferable, and cannot be used in advance.
  • If your requested work will take longer than 30 minutes, your consultant will discuss this with you prior to doing the work and will only do the work with your written approval.
  • Designers cannot guarantee the maintenance of work where you or your outside designers have modified code, HTML, JavaScript, scripts, videos, files, image or any additions, modifications, or enhancements after the website was initially delivered.
• What updates can I do myself using my Administrator access to Online Website Editor?

  The Online Website editor is an easy-to-use, online editing tool for making basic website updates from any computer, such as:
  • change a page title
  • add, change, delete, format text in existing layout
  • add web links
  • add / remove images

  You can use your monthly maintenance for more complex changes like:
  • adding pages
  • changing the layout
  • changing the website style and colours
