1. Set up your T-Suite account
Before you start, you will need to set up a T-Suite account for your business. A T-Suite account enables you to manage your services and users as well as raise helpdesk tickets.

If you already have a T-Suite account, login and proceed to the next step.
2. Get a free 30 day trial2 or buy your Office 365 plan
To buy or try Office 365, login into the T-Suite Management Console then hit the buy or try buttons in the table above.
You’ll then move into the cart, if you are happy with what you see hit ‘Checkout’ and proceed to purchase. If you’ve picked buy then you’ll be asked to enter in the number of services you want to buy.
Setting up Office 365
As the owner of the account, you are designated as the administrator of Office 365. Take a look at the Microsoft Office 365 set up page to learn how to set up things like how to set up users, adding a domain name, emails, mobile access, a public website and getting your staff ready.

Things you need to know
1. Service levels do not apply during excluded downtime (being downtime less than 10 minutes in length) and scheduled downtime. Refer to Telstra's T-Suite® Our Customer Terms for information on the service levels, the exclusions, and how to claim service credits
2. Each Microsoft Office 365 Small Business Premium trial is limited to 10 seats and expires after 30 days. Each Microsoft Office 365 Midsize Business trial is limited to 250 seats and expires after 30 days. You may only receive one trial. You may, during or within 30 days of the trial expiring, choose to convert your trial users to a paid subscription for any Office 365 suite or any of the individual components of the Office 365 services. No early termination charges apply for not converting to a paid subscription. User information and data, including mailbox content, hosted data and other related settings will be deleted within 30 days after the expiry of the trial unless you have purchased a subscription for the Office 365 Small Business Premium or Midsize Business suites or any of the individual components.
