Which products are changing?
There are changes to both fixed and mobile products.
Fixed Services – Some call rates and monthly access prices will change.
Mobile Services – There will be changes to some call rates.
In addition, some of our Rewards offers impacting both fixed and mobile services will be withdrawn.
Why is Telstra making these changes?
Telstra reviews its pricing from time to time and the proposed changes are a result of the increased cost of doing business
Are these changes related in any way to the Federal Government’s Carbon Tax?
No
When will the price changes happen?
The mobile and fixed price changes will take effect on 1 October 2012. Rewards offers will be withdrawn from 1 November 2012.
How are we letting customers know about changes?
We are writing to customers who either have a plan that will be changing or are receiving the benefits of a Reward offer that will be withdrawn. We have also updated all websites and our My Offer Summaries with new prices.
How do I know what plan I’m on?
It’s simple, just check your most recent Telstra bill. The name of the plan will be listed against each service.

How do I call overseas from my HomeLine or BusinessLine when the 0018 Easy Half Hours international call access code is closed?
You will be able to call overseas using the 0011 prefix. You will be charged the standard call rates for 0011 International Direct calls as per the HomeLine or BusinessLine plan you have.
