The Telstra Mobile Wi-Fi 4G device is a great way to get all of your Wi-Fi compatible devices online when you're out of the office, or share your internet connection with work colleagues in the same area.
These small, lightweight mobile broadband devices share the latest Long Term Evolution (LTE) network technology in 4G coverage areas with up to 5 Wi-Fi compatible devices simultaneously, such as your compatible laptop, PC, smartphone or tablet. It’s so easy to get started. Just insert a SIM card into the device and your mobile broadband network is ready to go. Best of all, there’s no software to be installed. It also has a large LCD screen so you can easily check data usage for each session along with other useful indicators such as battery life, signal strength and number of users connected to the device.

Things you need to know
4G Network Speeds: with the Telstra 4G USB customers can experience typical download speeds of 2Mbps–40Mbps, and typical upload speeds of 1Mbps–10Mbps available in all capital CBDs (meaning within 5km from GPO) and associated airports, and selected regional locations (meaning 3km of regional town centre) When outside the 4G coverage areas your Telstra 4G USB will automatically switch over to Telstra's advanced High Speed Packet Access (HSPA) enabled 3G network and speeds will be less. If multiple users access the device, the typical speed range per user may be reduced. Actual speeds vary due to factors such as distance from the base station, local terrain, user numbers, hardware and software configuration and download source / upload destination. Additional data charges apply for data used in excess of the included monthly allowance and usage overseas. Unused data expires monthly. Telstra Mobile Broadband Share Plan: Data allowance may be share across eligible services on the same Single Bill. Eligible Services are Telstra Mobile Broadband Share Plans connected on or after 2/8/11 and Telstra Business Mobile Advantage Plans.
If you purchase this device on a Mobile Broadband Plan with a monthly device repayment option (MRO) and cancel early, you must repay the remaining device repayments in addition to any early termination charges for your service.
