Telstra USB 4G

Simply plug it into your laptop or cable device when you’re in a Telstra mobile network coverage area and start accessing the internet. Up to two times faster than any other mobile broadband device in Australia in 4G coverage areas, you can even help others go online by sharing it around.

4G coverage is initially available in all capital city CBD’s (meaning within 5km of the GPO), associated airports and selected regional locations (meaning within 3km of the regional town centre) and automatically switches to our fastest 3G network speeds in other coverage areas.

Wireless gateway

Ideal for remote worksites or connecting multiple users, our Wireless Gateways allow you to set up a Wi-Fi hotspot for up to 16 concurrent users whenever you’re in a Telstra Mobile network coverage area.

Speeds vary due to factors such as location, distance from the base station, local terrain, user numbers, hardware and software configuration and download source/upload destination. Visit telstra.com/mobilebbcoverage for details of coverage locations.

Please note that if multiple users access a mobile wi-fi device, the typical speed range per user may be reduced.
