- Access to log an incident, enquiry or a change request.
- Access to view the notes and current status of a request.
- Run reports on jobs logged within the last week, 4 weeks and 3 months.
- View and download monthly activity and inventory reports, including customised reports.
- Access to a comprehensive Knowledge Centre and Bulletin Board.
- Access to your inventory and asset list in real-time.
