Email Bill

Request Email Bill

Email Bill is an easy way for eligible customers to receive and keep track of Telstra business bills. Our email bill looks like the paper bill, but is sent to your nominated email address as a PDF file -perfect for keeping on top of your expenses. And if you ever need a paper version of your bill, you can always print it out whenever you need.

Why Email Bill?

  • Direct via email
    Sent directly to the email address of your choice, you can receive your Telstra bill sooner than a paper bill.
  • View bills anywhere
    You don't have to be in the office to view your bill. Wherever you have access to email, you can view your Telstra bill,
  • Go Paperless
    Save clutter and paper with an email bill. Plus it's handy for claiming expenses and tax refunds.

Online Bill via My Account

Online Billing via My Account provides convenient and secure access to your account from your computer as well as your mobile or tablet.

With Online Bill you can:

  • Download a detailed or summary PDF of your bill
  • View your company’s accounts on one screen, or view a complete list of all services on your account and see relevant charges for each service.
  • Access your itemised service and usage data to drill down into the fine detail
  • Access 13 months of bill history online to avoid wading through paper bills
  • Receive notifications when your bill is ready for viewing or payment is due
  • Make payments via direct debit – BPAY® or credit card, as well as registering and paying by EFT.

Direct Debit

Direct Debit is where you can pay your bills directly using your bank account or credit card* at any time before your bill’s due date. Direct Debit is quick, convenient and takes the hassle out of paying your bill and gives you more time for your business. Choose from a range of Direct Debit options, where you can decide when to make payments and how much to pay.

You'll be able to use your cheque, savings or credit card* account, and choose from the following payment options:

  • Direct Debit Automatic - to automatically pay your whole bill on the due date.
  • Direct Debit Fixed - to pay a fixed fortnightly or monthly amount (minimum $20).
  • Direct Debit One Off - to make a one off bill payment (cheque or savings only).

Log in to pay via Online Bill

If you log in to Online Bill, there are a number of bill payment options:


Pay online

If you know your bill details, make a one-time credit card* or bank account payment via our quick payment form using a PC or mobile device, without having to log in to Online Bill. Customers with a 13 digit Telstra account number can also pay their bill online using PayPal.

* Credit card payment processing fee details: American Express, MasterCard and Visa are 1% of the payment amount plus applicable GST and Diners Club is 2% of the payment amount plus applicable GST. The fees will be added to your next bill. No payment processing fee applies if paying through PayPal.

For direct debit the fee only applies to account numbers with 9 or 10 digits - from 9 February 2014, 13 digit account numbers are not charged the fee.
