Home Bundles are available to new customers and existing customers with a 13 digit account number.

For T-Box you must pass our Service Qualification check and your TV and premises must meet minimum requirements.

Usage means monthly combined upload and download data transfer 1 Gigabyte = 1000 Megabytes. Unused usage allowance expires each month.

  1. No additional usage charges for use in Australia, speed slowed to 64kbps once allowance reached, or to 256kbps if your usage allowance is 100GB or more.
  2. New customers and customers with a 13 digit account number in a cable area are eligible to receive BigPond Ultimate Cable as part of their Bundle. Charges may apply for existing customers wishing to upgrade their broadband service, for example eligible customers with an existing BigPond Cable service can upgrade to a Bundle with BigPond Ultimate Cable for $149 on a new 24 month Bundle. Eligible customers with an existing BigPond ADSL service may have to pay an Early Termination Charge for your existing ADSL service.
  3. Helpdesk service up to the value of $99 included. Available for 30 days from activation of the eligible bundle. One service per bundle. In-home service fees apply if on-site assistance required. Unless otherwise stated, the cost of any hardware/software is not included in the cost of Telstra Plus services. Additional travel charges may apply in regional areas.
  4. Access great international call rates from your home phone to fixed lines in over 70 selected countries. Calls start from as low as 2 cents per minute plus 45c connection fee for calls to fixed lines in Canada, Singapore, UK and USA. Find out more.
  5. Additional fees may apply for non-standard installation. To access FOXTEL from Telstra HD content you need an HD TV.
  6. T-Hub requires a compatible Wi-Fi modem to operate (BYO or purchased separately from Telstra).
  7. Content charges apply. To access MOVIE LIBRARY AND TV ON DEMAND through FOXTEL from Telstra, you need: (a) a FOXTEL from Telstra subscription with an iQHD or internet enabled iQ set top unit; (b) an eligible BigPond broadband Cable, ADSL or Velocity service (not available all areas) with a minimum speed of 1.5Mbps, (c) to have connected that BigPond broadband service via ethernet cable to your FOXTEL iQ (internet enabled) or iQHD (charges may apply); and (d) to have activated FOXTEL MOVIE LIBRARY ON DEMAND and TV ON DEMAND on your FOXTEL from Telstra service by calling 13 2200 from any Telstra home phone or mobile phone. You may not be able to access Movie Library and TV on Demand when your speed has been reduced because you have exceeded your monthly data usage allowance. Find out more.
  8. Typical download speeds for 3G in all capital city CBD and selected metropolitan, regional and rural areas are from 1.1Mbps to 20Mbps and in other areas speed ranges will be less. Capital CBDs mean within 5 kms of the GPO of a capital city. Speeds vary due to factors such as distance from the base station, local conditions, user numbers, hardware and software configuration
    Typical download speeds for 4G in capital city CBDs, associated airports and selected regional areas are from 2Mbps to 40Mbps. Capital CBD means within 5km from the GPO and within 3km from the town centre for regional locations. When outside the 4G areas, your BigPond USB 4G device will automatically switch over to Telstra's 3G network and speed ranges will be less.   9. FOXTEL on T-Box available on BigPond Cable, Velocity and ADSL2+. You must pass our service qualification checks and your TV and premises must met minimum requirements.
  10. Discounted access to FOXTEL on T-Box Get Started Package for customers on the Complete Home 100GB Bundle, Complete Home 200GB Bundle, or Complete Home 500GB Bundle. Price for customers with FOXTEL from Telstra in their bundle is $19.50 per month.
  11. These plans require electronic billing and electronic payment. This involves receiving an Email Bill or accessing your bill Online and paying your bill via Direct Debit, BPAY®, telstra.com, over the phone, Centrepay or with a Bill Assistance Certificate. Paper billing and/or non-electronic payment options are available for a $2 (incl. GST) fee which will be applied a month in arrears if you receive a paper bill and/or make a bill payment in person or via mail. Some exemptions apply.
