Home Bundles are available to new customers and existing customers. The repayment option for T-Hub® and T-Box® is only available to new customers and those with a 13 digit account number.
Usage means monthly combined upload and download data transfer 1 Gigabyte = 1000 Megabytes. Unused usage allowance expires each month.
- New customers and customers with a 13 digit account number in a Melbourne Ultimate Cable area are eligible to receive BigPond Ultimate Cable as part of their Bundle. Charges may apply for existing customers wishing to upgrade their broadband service, for example eligible customers with an existing BigPond Cable service can upgrade to a Bundle with BigPond Ultimate Cable for $249 on a new 24 month Bundle. Eligible customers with an existing BigPond ADSL service may have to pay an Early Termination Charge for your existing ADSL service.
- With no additional usage charges, speed slowed to 64Kbps once allowance reached.
- Available to new customers and existing customers without a Home Network Gateway.

- Additional fees may apply for non-standard installation. You may not be able to view channels or programs in a high-definition format if your television is not high-bandwidth digital content protection compliant.
- Limit 4 Combo Rewards per Bundle. Your Bundle and Combined Add on service must be on a Single Bill.
