Telstra Pre-Paid USB 4G: Typical download speeds of 2Mbps to 40Mbps are available in all capital CBD’s (meaning within 5km from GPO), associated airports and selected regional locations (meaning 3km from regional town centre). Outside these areas, the Telstra Pre-Paid USB 4G will automatically switch over to Telstra’s advanced High Speed Packet Access or HSPA enabled 3G network and speeds will be less. Telstra Elite®Pre-Paid Mobile Broadband USB/Wi-Fi: Typical download speeds of between 550kbps – 8Mbps are available in all capitals and many regional areas, while in other areas speeds will be less. If multiple users access the Wi-Fi device, the typical speed range per user will be less. All speeds vary due to factors such as location, distance from the base station, local conditions, user numbers, hardware and software configuration and download source/upload destination.
